During the excursion you will get acquainted with valuable medieval monuments of Belarus included in the list of UNESCO World Cultural Heritage: Mir Castle and Nesvizh Palace and Park Ensemble.

Mir settlement is a cozy Belarusian place where for centuries Belarusians, Poles, Jews, Romas and Tatars were living altogether. Market Square is formed by an Orthodox Saint Trinity Church and Catholic Church of Saint Nicholas, Jewish synagogue, merchants and craftsmen houses. Majestic Mir Castle built in the first half of the XVI century will welcome you with its stone walls and towers. You will feel the spirit of bygone centuries visiting the dungeons and exhibitions of ancient weapons and armour …You will hear the legends about the local places.

Nesvizh is the former residence of one of the most illustrious magnate families of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania – the Radziwill family. The first monument in Baroque style in Eastern Europe – Corpus Christi Church (architect J.M. Bernardoni) is situated here. You will also find the Slutsk Brama that once was a part of the city fortification system and served as the entrance gate. You will get acquainted with Market Square – the historical centre of the old town, city hall, shopping arcade, the Merchant house, Benedictine monastery- a monument in the Baroque style.

The palace and park ensemble (XVI-XVII centuries) surrounded by ramparts and ponds is full of myths about legendary treasures of the Radziwill family and the Black lady of Nesvizh. You will learn  about the architecture of the palace, the history of its creation and construction, life and extravagancies of its famous owners, visit numerous ceremonial halls, stroll through the picturesque alleys of the old park.
